OMGOODNESS!!!!! This food was AMAZING! In a new city and state and I wanted something different, went on DoorDash and this came up. The reviews were all good so I gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did. The packaging was secure and the food was piping hot. The flavor was delicious and the Jerk was definitely JERKING. My nose began to run after the first bite, lol. If I ever come back to this city I will make it my business to order again. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place if you’re looking for Caribbean.

This is a very tiny place designed mostly to serve take-out. They have two tiny tables with chairs at each which customers can use. The food was excellent! Despite the fact that we were eating there, they gave it to us in Styrofoam containers in a plastic bag. We ordered one "large" serving of chicken curry with a side order of plantain and it was good for the two of us.

Pauline’s is a true gem in the Northside for both amazing food quality and fantastic service. Most orders are to-go and seating is very limited, but I have never waited long as orders come out super quickly... there are usually a handful of seats. Make sure you ask for coco bread on the side!

Clean. Friendly. Hole in the wall vibe. We’re from the New Orleans area& greatly miss the surrounding food choices- Especially the red beans& rice. This place is amazing. Love the seasonings. Can’t wait to come back for the coco bread with that goat curry.

Ordered the Curry Goat with rice and beans and cabbage. The container was packed and had weight. I definitely got my money's worth in portions. The food is delicious ! Will definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes.

Best Jerk Snapper in PGH (9.5/10) I love this place and cannot get enough of their food. As a Caribbean girl at heart, I love everything from oxtail, curry goat, and plantain. But every time I go, I HAVE TO get the Jerk Snapper with rice and peas and a side of plantains. The flavor is rich, spicy, and a little sweet. The gravy compliments the rice nicely. The fish is cooked perfectly and the meat falls off the bone every time. I honestly wish they added more vegetables because it tastes sooo good. I even went for my birthday lunch because it never disappoints. I could eat here every week, but I’ll stick to once a month to satisfy my appetite.
